All Direct Stages products, including items purchased through our online store and custom quote orders, are final sale.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been completed.
No Order Cancellations
All orders are processed immediately upon payment.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified after checkout
Materials and production are allocated as soon as the order is placed
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your order is non-cancellable
Refunds (Product Issues Only)
Refunds, replacements, or repairs are only considered in the event of a verified issue with the product.
This includes:
Manufacturing defects
Structural issues
Damage affecting proper functionality
If an issue is identified, Direct Stages will review the case and may provide one of the following at its discretion:
Replacement parts
Repair solutions
Partial or full refund (if necessary)
No Returns
We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
All products are built, prepared, and fulfilled specifically for each order and are not eligible for restocking or resale.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Ensuring all specifications, measurements, and selections are accurate before placing an order
Verifying that the product meets their intended use
Proper installation, setup, and safe operation of staging equipment
